In the north and west surrounded by the North Sea, a country rich of lakes, rivers and canals. While cruising various inland waterways through the beautiful countryside and Old Dutch cities, towns & villages we pass a lot of bridges and locks.

Our concept

The central location in the so-called Green Heart of the "Randstad" makes Alphen aan den Rijn the ideal port of departure and arrival for our several days round trip cruises. Waterways take us to every direction.

Mostly in the morning we set sail. After a gentle boat trip of 3 - 4 hours we arrive at our following destination. Then you have time to discover the city. Our moorings are mostly situated in the centre of the city or nearby. So most of the sights are within walking or cycling distance.

During our barge & bike tours you explore the nearby surroundings of our mooring from the saddle of your bike (guided bike tours of 35 km per day).
Take an evening walk through the downtown! A lot of outdoor cafés invite you to stay. Or finish the day with a pleasant evening on board our intimate ship and admire the setting sun.
